How often to replace golf clubs?
I am looking for specific answers like how often to replace the follow CATEGORIES: Driver/Woods, Irons, Wedges, and Putter. I am wondering because I have Cleveland CG2 irons that are a little worn down and I just bought a Taylormade Burner Superfast 2.0 and LOVE it. I am looking to buy new woods as well. Please help?
driver: im not sure, but i think after around 5 or 6 years they tend to deform, same with fairway woods.
Irons: basically, you never have to buy new ones unless you just want something new. but you do have to get them regrooved and regripped every once in a while.
Wedges: same as irons
Putter: unless its broken, you should never have to buy a new one, but regripping every once in awhile helps
