Is this a good indoor hitting drill?
I just started this new drill. I take a plastic golf ball and hang it from the ceiling. Will this help me with my hand-eye-coordination when the ball is moving. Should I use a bigger ball? Is this just a good drill for indoors? If not what are some?
Sure, why not? As long as you are putting in quality swings.
