Anyone ever vow to stop playing golf after a bad outing?

Just got back in after 25 years. Im 44. I used to be good. After 2 lessons, numerous buckets, and 3 rounds. I threw my hands up and walked off the course. After quitting”forever”, i was already missing hitting balls after work. Anyone have a similiar experience with golf? I love it, but its driving me crazy.

Hole in One today baby…yeah, that’s what it’s all about. Tomorrow…no expectations, just another beautiful day in Southern California, not at work, not a care in the world. Life is good. Am I making sense?
